NCD Alliance structure
The ACANCODE currently has got 6 administrative officials, namely; Director, Technical Advisor, Program Manager, Administrator, Accounts Officer and Youth Officer.
The Director is responsible overseeing fundraising and ensuring sound financial practices, overall running of the organization which includes but not limited to implementation of strategies determining and implementing policies and making decisions.
Technical advisory provides strategic advice and support to the shareholders and director.
Program Manager work closely to carry out an organization’s mission, coordinating objectives, strategies, and goals to manage efficient, well-run projects that have high impact on the communities the programs target.
Administrators duties include: Communicating with the board of directors. Having to explain projects, discuss budgets, and make presentations. Acting as a liaison between the organization and its stakeholders.
Treasurer manage or oversee the management of the financial affairs of the organization, often including such basic tasks as selecting a bank, reconciling bank statements, and managing cash flow.
Youth Officer is responsible for planning, organising and overseeing community programmes designed to redress inequalities and facilitate the personal, social and emotional development of young people
The organization also accommodates volunteers.
